All services are subject to a site inspection and formal quotation before work begins. Service scope, materials, and timeline are defined in the project proposal provided to each client.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on site conditions discovered during surface preparation. Any changes in scope or pricing will be communicated and approved before proceeding. Quotes include material costs, labour, surface preparation, and applicable taxes (GST).
Payment terms are specified in your project proposal. Typically, an advance payment is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion and client approval. All payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or UPI. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the proposal.
All installations come with a warranty as specified in your project proposal. The warranty covers material defects and workmanship issues under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage from misuse, chemical spills beyond rated capacity, structural movement of the substrate, or damage caused by third-party modifications.
The client must ensure the work area is vacated and accessible before the scheduled start date. Delays caused by restricted access or incomplete site preparation may affect the project timeline and cost. Adequate ventilation, power supply, and water access must be provided at the project site.
You agree not to use our site to submit false or misleading information, interfere with site operations, or violate any applicable law.
